The Friends of Rodmarton School (our PTA)
All parents and teachers at the school are automatically 'Friends'. The aim of The Friends is to raise money to supplement school funds, to provide an extra link between pupils, parents and staff and for everyone to have lots of fun in the process. The Friends is a very successful team effort at Rodmarton with the majority of families getting actively involved. The photo below is of our annual summer fete - great fun for all the family.

What do we buy?
The money raised by The Friends really does make a difference to all of the children at Rodmarton School. In the past few years we have helped to fund french lessons, christmas party entertainment, discos, singing lessons, brass lessons, school trips, circus skills workshops, sports equipment, maths resources, mad science day, coach travel costs for trips to the theatre, giant floor cushions for Key Stage I, new games tables for the playground and this year we are funding the large cost of coach transport for 10 swimming lessons.
